UAE “Huge Investment” hints to Pakistan

United Arab Emirates (UAE) President, Sheikh Mohamad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan is on private visit of Pakistan. He arrived yesterday at Rahim Yar Khan on invitation of Prime Minister Shahbaz Shareef. The senior officials of government and prime minister himself received UAE President from Airport.

Both of the senior official had a meeting discussing bilateral strong relationship between Pakistan and UAE. Sources told that, President UAE quoted that, “Be prepared UAE will make huge investment in Pakistan” during a cordial meeting with Prime Minister.

The UAE President said that, we are trying to make our relationship stronger, Pakistan and UAE are brotherly nations with historical ties, his father had immense love for people of Pakistan and he laid the foundation of strong relationship between both the nations. UAE President assured that UAE will always stand back with Pakistan no matter the situation.

UAE Investment sectors

The investment from UAE will most likely to be in sector of gas, energy, infrastructure, healthcare, biotechnology, agriculture and digital communications. UAE is Pakistan’s largest trading partner in Middle East and historical investor in Pakistan. Pakistan is also taking part in big investment of real estate in UAE. The trade volume of both countries in 2019 was estimated to $8.19 billion.

Taking it to twitter, Prime Minister Shahbaz Shareef wrote, “Extremely delighted to receive my brother His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed on his arrival in Pakistan, which is his second home. Building on our last meeting, we discussed ways and means to further strengthen our brotherly relations”.

UAE President said that his country is considering big investment in Pakistan, to strengthen the economic crises Pakistan is currently facing. The UAE President showed his warm affection for Prime Minister Shahbaz Shareef and both of them travelled in private jet of President.

He also took Shahbaz Shareef to meet his family members where the Prime Minister have a talk with President’s family in Arabic and English.

Considering the low financial situation of central bank of Pakistan, UAE also lend $1 billion loan to Pakistan. Pakistan is currently facing drastic situation because of massive flood, damaging $30 billion of economy. In this situation UAE is helping Pakistan beyond the limits.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Shareef said that this investment will help us dealing with our economic crises.
