The Pakistan Cricket Board is mulling over approaching the fast bowl pacer of Pakistan Cricket team, Shoaib Akhtar. Sources confirmed that Shoaib Akhtar would be given a key role in national team as the consultant coach of bowling.
Sources said that the former right arm pacer is contacted for working in team and he also showed interest in coaching the national team to improve their performance
Shoaib Akhtar will meet Chairman PCB Najam Sethi and the PCB management in Lahore. During the meeting, PCB is expected to offer him the role of bowling consultant for Pakistan Cricket team.

Shoaib Akhtar has always raised his voice for improving some flaws in cricket team, however it is the first time that PCB contacted the fast bowler also famous as Rawalpindi Express.
Historical performance of Shoaib Akhtar
The former fast bowler, Shoaib Akhtar is also a record holder of fastest bowl delivery of 161.3 kph in the whole Cricket history. Previously PCB has also appointed former captain Shahid Afridi as interim chair for selection committee in home series with New Zealand.
The PCB decision of making Shoaib Akhtar bowling coach was taken in the presence of Abdul Razzaq and Rao Iftikhar Anjum, while Haroon Rashid will be act as message convener between the board and former fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar.
Shoaib Akhtar was considered as one of the best bowler from the history, now its time to use his skills for training the current Cricket team of Pakistan.
