Najam Sethi, Chairman of Pakistani Cricket Board (PCB) announced to set up the endowment fund for sports journalists who are working all over the country. Chairman announced the fund on the recommendation of SJAL President Aqeel Ahmad.
The PCB chairman also ordered to complete the board within two months. He told media that sports journalists cover sports events and cricket throughout their life. They are also humans and need medical treatments, financial aids at the time of need. The PCB chairman added that this endowment fund will help sports journalists to get benefit from their work.

The governing board
The Governing board of PCB is also expected to complete the election process in next one and half month. PCB chairman said that all the regional institutions and governing board will be completed soon. He also added that before ICC and ACC meetings, we are planning to consult with security and government agencies. The ICC meeting will take the decision about champions trophy and Asia Cup.
He further said that security agencies of Pakistan are working efficiently making the domestic cricket successful in Pakistan. We also witnessed huge crowd in Lahore cricket stadium, Lahoris never disappoint us in adding colours to the event. He also added that we are working on making convenient places near stadium for the ease of visitors.

PCB chairman also talked about increasing the capacity of stadium, and discussed about places in Karachi for making a new stadium. A meeting has been held with commissioner of Lahore to discuss about hotel places near stadium. More hotels and rest places are needed near stadium to reduce the problems of fans who come to watch matches with a lot of passion.
