Imran khan released on bail approved by Lahore High Court, after several notices from courts Imran Khan finally appeared in court and presented himself in two sessions of court. He reached the court at 5 pm but appeared in hearing at 7:30 pm as he was surrounded by a lot of party workers and supporters who were there to support the leader.
After a lot of delay, two member bench heard the case in Lahore High Court (LHC) and accepted the bail plea of chairman Tehreek e Insaf till the next hearing on 3rd March. The two member bench was headed by Justice Ali Baqar Najfi.

Advocate Khawaja Tariq Rahim earlier requested the judge to grant bail as Imran Khan cannot come to court because of his injuries. To which judge remarked that his presence is mandatory for the grant of bail. Lawyer replied that there is massive rush in premises of court and his plaster would damage if someone pushes him.
Finally Imran khan appeared in court and sought a protective bail in terror case. While talking to judge in font of rostrum Imran Khan said that he will undergo X-ray on February 28th so he want two weeks protective bail for his medical checkup. The PTI leader also added that he respects the court. Court granted him bail till 3rd March.
Anti-terrorism court
Khan shifted to Lahore high court when anti-terrorism court rejected his bail plea in the case on February 15th. Taking note of Khan’s absence court outset the hearing and ordered to start more investigation on case. Imran khan’s lawyers also said that he is facing security issues as well as medical issues so it is difficult to appear in court.

Justice Sheikh told the lawyer that we will resolve the security issue once he decide to come. On another hearing advocate told that there is a lot of traffic on mall road that’s why he can’t come to court but the judges again resumed the hearing and ask chairman to come be himself and get his bail accepted.
