Islamabad Police holds workshop for school students

Islamabad Traffic Police department held a workshop for Elite school Islamabad students to make the kids aware about road safety measure, rules and regulation for traffic laws. The workshop was held in f-8 traffic office of Islamabad.

A number of 50 students participated in workshop where Chief Traffic Officer Syed Mustafa Tanveer delivered the lecture about road safety and Traffic rules. He said during the lecture that these children are our important asset and they will take many responsibilities in future.

He further said that it is our responsibility to educate them on traffic rules and road safety. He said that Islamabad police is fulfilling its duty and we are taking special measures for students to learn road safety.

Corruption free department

On this workshop occasion Principal Mrs. Khan and other members of Islamabad Capital police appreciated the efforts of awareness campaign for students and said that ICTP is a corruption free institute that provides best road security and safety. She added that police officers of ITP are always honest and efficient during their duties despite any weather conditions.

The students were educated on rights of road users, use of overhead bridges, zebra crossing use and other traffic laws. The students also enjoyed the rides on patrolling cars and bikes with policemen.
