PTI senior leader, Fawad Chohdary was arrested last week on defamation case and threatening the institution of Pakistan. He was arrested from his house in Lahore and moved to Islamabad where he got two days physical remand. He got released from Adaila jail today morning where a lot of party workers welcomed him with flowers.
Fawad Chohdary was granted bail on surety bond of Rs 20000. His wife’s video is circulating on internet and everyone is praising her bravery. A video has been uploaded showing his wife sitting and driving the care to get him back from Adaila jail where he chanted Fawad Chohdary Zindabad.

Imran Khan letter to Chief Justice
Following the case, Imran khan also wrote a letter to Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Atta Bandial seeking the help on protecting the fundamental rights of Fawad Chohdary. During the hearing the judge remarked that he is getting a release only on one condition that he will not repeat any act of defamation against anyone.
After release, PTI leader Fawad Chohdary while talking to media claimed that he is still standing on what he has said and will not step back form it. Later on a question he explained that I have never talked against our institutions and he is the biggest supporter of Pakistan’s institution that’s why he said that he is standing on his views.

Fawad Chohdary got accused because of his remarks against Election Commission of Pakistan saying that ECP and it officials will regret going against PTI. Their families will face the loss of their acts to which ECP filed a case against him of threatening the senior institute of Pakistan.
