Islamabad Police have got the approval for establishment of Shuhada Model College at Police Line Headquarters in Islamabad to provide the opportunity of quality education for cops’ children.
The land for college will be provided by Islamabad police. The institute will provide free quality education from Pre-school to Intermediate level with modern early child education and STEM hybrid learning.

The learnjng program will also include Matric-tech and Inter-tech programs.
Immense Tribute to Police Martyrs
The establishmemt of college is special initiative taken by Minister of Interior Rana Sana Ullah Khan and Minister of Federal Education Rana Tanveer Hussain.
The initiative is termed as a step to pay immense tribute to sacrifices of police martyrs who laid their lives for Pakistan and people of Pakistan. The children of Shuhada will be given preference in taking admission in college.
The college will be given the status of Cadet college after specified period of time. It will be managed by both FDE and Islamabad Police.

Islamabad Capital City Police Officer Dr Akbar Nasir Khan also took keen interest in making this initiative successful. Children Islamabad police personnel will now be able to get quality education and polish their skills as per their aptitudes.
