The National university of Science and Technology, Islamabad started 6 month AI/Data Science and Block Chain. NUST is highly competitive educational institute in engineering and technological field, producing a lot of talented students to meet the challenges of changing world.
A number of 1000 students are enrolled in courses from Gilgit-Baltistan and Skardu. The Assistant Dean of NUST Computing department, Dr Faisal Shafiat said that today marked a new beginning in history of Gilgit-Baltistan, a beginning powered in advance learning and artificial intelligence.
Highly established NUST faculty will visit Gilgit-Baltistan to check over the ongoing courses in these fields. The courses will be theoretical as well as provide skills to students for high payable employment skills.

The expertise teachers from artificial intelligence and data science will train the students. The Dean of NUST university Computing department advised the concerned authorities to make sure the quality of education to be best possible.
Gilgit-Baltistan in Educational factor
Gilgit-Baltistan is doing its best in educational factor and providing its people the best education in information technology. This program will lead the foundation for transforming GB into a knowledge hub of computer. It will also help people of GB to stay and work in their own place. The young people of GB usually go to other cities for getting modern education, these courses will let them get modern education in their own place.

Computer tools like Pytorch, Polka dot, IPFS, Keras will be used to developed skilled people in data science, python, data visualization and modern data technology.
The program is started by NUST in collaboration with its international firms of Microsoft, IBM, and CISCO. The program will lead to provide capacity building of people of GB and help them in enhancing employment opportunities in Gilgit-Baltistan.
