New York laid the foundation of eco-friendly library

New York announced the construction of beautiful Winchester Square Library in Bronx. The New York is already famous for it beautiful scenery and clean environment, the construction of this eco-friendly library will make the city more beautiful.

The library Winchester Square will be working with Solar panels, not electricity will be used in the premises of library, rain water will be collected and the surroundings of library will be decorated by green plants.

Library Design

The design of library is approved by company named Snohita, which aimed to focus on environment more than beauty. The base of library is filled with concrete and shelter will be of glass that daylight come easily inside the library to reduce the use of artificial light. The glass of library is covered with green plants that will absorb unusual lights at night.

The inside era of library is 12000 square feet where number of study rooms, classrooms, and research blocks will be built. A beautiful garden with flowers will be built on outside of library comprising a big seating space for people who want to read books in fresh air.

Special care will be taken to bring natural light inside the library. The main aim of this project is to save electricity and bring an eco friendly environment to people where they will read with fresh minds in totally natural environment.

Pakistan should take notes and pay extra attention to implement solar panels in all the buildings including libraries, schools, universities. Recently PM Shahbaz Shareef ordered to implement solar panels in federal offices of government but the step should be taken further and work in all the factors of country.
