Meta a giant owner of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp introduced new monthly subscription service named as Meta verified. This subscription will offer users to protect their privacy from any kind of attack, hacking or malfunction. It will also let users to get government id with a blue tick to help content creators.
The subscription bundle for Instagram and Facebook will be launched from this week onwards, subscription bundle prices will starting from $11.9 per month if account is being used from web. Android and iOS app users will have to pay $14.99 monthly for getting extra protection against impersonation.

Meta verified will start its implication from New Zealand and Australia this week but will it launch in other parts of the world too. This decision of Meta paid subscription came right after twitter announced to get payments for blue ticks on accounts.
Other social media apps, like snapchat and telegram also launched paid subscription last year as another source for revenue.
Twitter CEO announcement
Last week twitter CEO Elon Musk also announced in World Government Summit 2023 that twitter will transfer its CEO rights to someone else. He added that handling twitter along with other big giant companies is difficult. He was giving his full time to twitter that resulted in loss of other companies he owned.
