Google, which is well-known for its Pixel series of smartphones, is getting ready to introduce the Pixel 8 series soon. The rumor claims that the smartphone would undergo significant design alterations and might not come with a curved display.
The Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro may be the anticipated models that appear at Google’s yearly presentation. The Pixel, according to claims citing renders released by Smartprix, can be seen breaking up the design uniformity and may even have a whole new look.

Also, a curved screen for the Pixel 8 Pro is unlikely to be produced; instead, a flat screen will be. The Pixel 8 Pro, however, might receive a camera module similar to the Pixel 7 series.
Speaking specifically about the design, it is clear from the supposed images that the smartphone will have rounded corners and an oval-shaped notch that now houses all three camera sensors.
A mysterious sensor will also be seen beneath the camera flash. On the right side of the device, you can find the power and volume buttons. The graphic also suggests that the phone might have a speaker grille and a Type-C charger.
According to the source, the Google Pixel 8 Pro may also have a 6.52-inch screen with a thickness of about 12mm.
It’s interesting to note that the codenames for the devices, Shiba and Husky, were suggested by the Pixel 8 series leak, which first appeared in November of last year. Also, the rumor implies that the smartphone might receive Tensor G3.
On the other side, the Pixel 8 might come with a 5.8-inch display and the Tensor G3 chipset, which is not announced yet. The report further claims that the Pixel 8 might receive an FHD resolution of 2268 x 1080 pixels.
