AJK Resident gave entire property to Maryam Nawaz

In a surprising move, a resident of Rawalakot, Azad Jammu & Kashmir handed over all his property to Maryam Nawaz Shareef via a deed. PML-N leader shared a tweet saying that it is very touching for her.

The matter came to light when Senior Vice President of PML-N Maryam Nawaz tweeted about it on her official Twitter account saying that she was deeply touched by the act, she is also wondered why would a person do such a thing.

She wrote on her Twitter, “OMG ! Why would he do that ! It is very touching though”. The tweet also contained a picture of affidavit titled as ‘Bequest to Maryam Nawaz’.

Written form of Deed

A written form of deed has been shared as, “I Zahid Hussain s/o Wilayat Hussain, in my complete senses, without any compulsion or pressure and with my own will, am handing down all the lands I own, be it 50,000 kanals or 32,000 kanal to Maryam Nawaz d/o Nawaz Shareef”.

Zahid Hussain also stated that it is now in Maryam Nawaz power that she build a hospital on land or uses it in any other welfare work. The affidavit also stated that PML-N leader is now the owner of 50% of property and she will be the owner of 100% after the death of his son Mazhar.

The document also included the details and location of bequeathed land, which is in Rawalakot, Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
