The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is currently on official visit to United States. While speaking next to President Joe Biden during state dinner at the White House, Indian Prime Minister urge Pakistan to crackdown on extermist groups and promote peace.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modu and US President Joe Biden, have jointly demanded Islamabad to take steps in making sure that Pakistani land is not being used in supporting and launching terrorist activities.
Action against extremist groups
President of United States and Prime Minister of India issued a joint statement after the meeting, saying that their countries stood together against global terrorism no matter the region.
The two leaders called for strict action against extremist groups based in Pakistan such as Lashkar e Taiba and Jaish e Muhammad. They also called out action against all UN-listed terrorist groups including Al-Qa’ida, Daesh and Hizb ul Mujhaideen.
The statement issued by White House said, “They strongly condemned cross-border terrorism, the use of terrorist proxies and called on Pakistan to take immediate action to ensure that no territory under its control is used for launching terrorist attacks”.

The leaders of States and India also showed their strong support for a peaceful and stable atmosphere in Afghanistan. They stressed the need for formation of an inclusive political structure with full rights for women and minorities in Afghanistan.
