Teleschool Project of Pakistan

Prime Minister Shahbaz Shareef announced the launch of ‘Teleschool Project’ in Pakistan to provide free education through digital and technology means. While addressing the ceremony of Teleschool Project Prime Minister also announced the distribution of 100,000 laptops for high achievers in education.

The Teleschool Project will work with Teleschool Pakistan App, using google and digital apps for professional educational development in Pakistan. Shahbaz Shareef said that we should utilize all the resources for modern education.

Teleschool Pakistan is a mobile application launched by Ministry of Education, the basic aim of this project is to provide free online education to any person and student of any grade.

The Prime Minister Shahbaz Shareef also talked about the problems in training of teachers. He said that teachers training is not according to modern society and is not up to the mark which is unfortunate.

Teachers’ Training

Prime Minister Shahbaz Shareef directed the Federal Ministry of Education to improve the quality of training teachers and look over 40 training centres in province. He advised the Federal Education Department to work on mechanism with provincial government to improve training quality.

Regarding the use of importance of modern technology in education sector, he said that young generation should benefit from latest technology in education. They would have to benefit from modern gadgets to strengthen the future of nation.

He added that, instead of investing in bricks and mortar, we should invest more in young generation and give them best training and skills.
