Section 144 Imposed in Rawalpindi for Pakistan Day Parade Security

Rawalpindi is getting ready for a big celebration, the Pakistan Day Parade, which is happening on March 23rd. To make sure everything goes smoothly and safely, the authorities have put some rules in place.
