Mobile school project is inaugurated in Islamabad under the supervision of Prime Minister Shahbaz Shareef. This project would help the government in enhancing literary rate in rural areas of country. It would focus on early childhood and pre-school education.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Shareef spoke at the launching ceremony saying that in the first phase the mobile schools, comprising of eight buses. It will provide primary level free education to children of Islamabad and its surrounding areas.

This project is launched under the supervision of Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) and it would expand to other cities of Pakistan including Azad Jammu Kashmir. Officials of Federal Directorate of Education told media that two buses will cover areas of Tarnol and Nilore in six days per week. It would help out of school children to nearby educational institutions.
Consisting of eight buses this project would help government to look over the literacy rate of country. It is a great step towards children’s well-being and reducing the educational inequality in primary years of learning for kids. The project is launched with vision of holistic children development.
Holistic development for children
Holistic children development visiom includes social, economical, cognitive and physical wellbeing of children without any discrimination. The digital classrooms, formal learning and foundational literacy skills are basic elements of this project.
Based on National Curriculum of Pakistan for early childhood care and education, proper guideline have been provided to teachers and education department. The project’s buses are equipped with human resource as well as physical resource.
Human resources of these buses include two teachers, two assistants, two sports instructors, driver and a conductor. Physical resources of buses include furniture, temperature control, solar system and the digital learning material, worksheets, books, smart board and arts material.

The officials said that this project is first step towards Education Agenda 2030 of Pakistan. We are focusing on providing quality education from childhood to higher level institutes. Early childhood is the base of kids which develop their potential and promotes the cognitive learning.
