Imran Khan has left for Federal Capital Islamabad from his Lahore Residence Zaman Park with fool-proof security to appear in court for ToshaKhana case. The Toshakhana case will be heard today in court room number 1 in Federal Capital area G-11.
The Additional Session Judge Zafar Iqbal will hear the case. The date to indict Imran Khan was set on January 31 but Imran Khan missed all the hearings due to health and security issues. However session court also issued non-bailable arrest warrant of Imran Khan.

The Islamabad Chief Commissioner also shifted the Toshakhana Case hearing to Judicial Complex due to security concerns. Earlier case was decided to continue in Katcheri.
High Alert security in Islamabad
Regarding the arrival of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, the Federal Capital has been put on high security to avoid any kind of incident and ensure the law and order situation of city.
According to PTIs’ officials, Imran Khan’s life is in danger and he needs extra security. Last month all the security measures were disrupted as PTI supporters removed all the barriers and appeared in court surroundings to support their leader.

Section 144 has been implemented in Islamabad, which includes ban on public gathering and display of weapons. All the private companies and firms’ guards are also prohibited from carrying weapons.
