Imad Wasim Warning to PCB

A 34-year-old all rounder of Pakistani Cricket Team Imad Wasim said in an interview that he will send a proper notice to Pakistan Cricket Board if he is dropped from the team again. Cricketer said that, he will not let the past actions play out in the same way.

The Cricketer told about the past action and shared that scars from that decision still exists in his life. Imad Wasim was dropped from Pakistani National Cricket team in 2021/22 season without giving any specific reasons.

Imad was quoted saying in an recent interview that, “They never told me the reason behind keeping me away from the national team for last one and a half year. I won’t let this happen again. My actions will be more important this time around”.

Warning notice against Selection Committee

The all-rounder explained that, He is on the stage of career that if Pakistan Cricket Board decided to drop Imad Wasim as a first-team regular in any format without any reason than he will take legal step against the selection committee of PCB.

Earlier, rumours were also circulating that PCB dropped Imad Wasim from white-ball formats of National team on advice of Babar Azam but the rumors has never been proven logically.

However, Imad is back in T-20 squad of Pakistani Cricket team after his brilliant performance in Karachi Kings during Pakistan Super League. He was also selected in team for Afghanistan series.

The player played really well in Afghanistan, finishing the matches as highest scorer during three-match series. He has been made part of upcoming series with New Zealand. However, the player’s demand to be in National team for all formats is valid according to his performances.
