Bisma Maroof, Pakistan Women Cricket Team Captain resigned from her position as she thinks that this would be good in making ways for her younger colleagues. She sent her resignation to PCB Chairman Najam Sethi.
In a tweet Najam Sethi said that he accepted the resignation letter of Bisma Maroof as she wants to make way for younger colleagues to practice matches as captain. The brilliant left hand player will stay in cricket team as normal player.

Bisma Maroof Career as a captain
Pakistani Women Cricket Team got 27 winning matches out of 62 T20s under the leadership of Bisma Maroof, while among 34 ODIs Pakistani Cricket team won 16 matches. Bismah Maroof served Captain as all-rounder, left-handed batting and right-arm leg break bowling.
Last year Bismah was also considered as the highest run-scorer for Pakistani women Cricket team in both ODI and T20 formats. She scored 3110 runs in her 17 year long career with an average of 30.2.
