All about Danish Iqbal; Husband of Accused Natasha facing charge in Karachi Car Crash

Natasha Iqbal is the wife of Pak businessman Danish Iqbal who is the Chairman of Gul Ahmed Energy Limited and its affiliated companies as well as of Metro Power Group.

Station House Officer of Bahadurabad Police Muhammad Naeem verified this fact after going through an initial investigation. It is relevant to note that Natasha Iqbal has been arrested as she was involved in an accident in Karachi where she fatally injured a man and his daughter. A first information report was filed at the Bahadurabad Police Station about the incident that occurred in the Karsaz area. 

Eyewitnesses in the area who saw the crash later said that Natasha Iqbal appeared to be drunk at the time of the accident and tried to run away from the place but was caught by the locals. The father daughter duo succumbed to the injuries and five others have been badly injured in the crash. One of the five others is said to be in critical condition.

After the incident, there was heavy criticism of the accused in Social Media and some even went on to say that she was getting special treatment even while in police custody because of being the wife of businessman Danish Iqbal.

There were comments that if the accused was not from a wealthy family or any other person would have committed the crime the police would have treated the matter in a very strict manner.
