40 New HIV cases in Pakistan

Pakistan reported 40 new cases of HIV AIDS in just two months recorded in Chiniot, city of Punjab. Durinv the screening of 62 people, 22 individuals tested positive for HIV AIDS.

In the past three years, total of 715 cases of AIDS have been reported according to the report by Coordinator of the AIDS Control Program Azhar Abbas.

Causes of HIV AIDS Spread

The unsafe blood transfusions, sexual practices and drug use are prime factors to spread AIDS, while the common symptoms of AIDS are continous fever, weight loss and digestive issues.

The Ministry of Health also issued statement for precautionary measures and health advice for people living in unhygeinic places and where there are more chances of HIV AIDS spread.

People are advised to save themself from using already used syringes, blades, injections and to avoid drug use in order to avoid this life-risking disease.
