1. Download and install ‘My Zong app’

           Android Users – Google Play Store

           Apple iPhone Users – Apple Store

2. Create your account by registering with your Zong number. It is essential to access your information.

3. After registration log in to your account through the app. Your Zong account will display the details, which includes your current balance, subscribed packages, remaining internet data and a lot more information.

4. A nominal fee of Rs.0.20+Tax in PKR will be deducted from your balance automatically for per inquiry of your remaining balance.
