trump administration weighs new travel ban targeting 43 countries
The Trump administration plans to deploy wide travel limits over citizens from 43 countries all at once. They want to extend the travel ban system established in Trump’s first term.
Internal documents distributed to Reuters show that they will set up different levels of travel rules. The government will block all travel from eleven countries in its “red list” and apply visa partial suspensions plus possible limitations to other nations based on their security measures. Before taking action Secretary of State Marco Rubio studies the immigration plan suggestions.
