Pakistan Railways Announces Special Eid Trains for Holiday Rush
Pakistan Railways has announced special Eid trains for the convenience of holiday travelers. Given the big rush of travelers during Eid-ul-Fitr holidays, Pakistan Railways has announced three special trains from Karachi to different destinations to facilitate the passengers going home to enjoy the festivities.

Eid ul-Fitr 2025: Expected Date and Moon Sighting Information
The Eid-ul-Fitr festival in Pakistan is likely to be observed on Monday, March 31, after 29 days of fasting.
Shawwal moon is expected to be sighted on the evening of Sunday, March 30, provided the weather remains clear, according to Ruet-e-Hilal Research Council.
According to Khalid Ijaz Mufti, Secretary General of the Council, the new moon will be born on March 29 at 3:58 PM Pakistan Standard Time. The moon will be 26 hours old by sunset the next day, making it highly visible.
