Pakistani Government officials on Monday vowed not to spare any effort in punishing the culprits behind the Karachi bomb blasts that killed Chinese nationals among the slain peoples. The deadly explosion that occurred near the Jinnah International Airport on Sunday night. One Chinese national and 16 other people got wounded in the incident.
According to sources, the explosion took place around 11 pm with television footage showing massive thick black clouds of smoke and fire raging at the site caused by explosives. The foreign office condemned the terror attack and offered sincere condolences and sympathies to families of the victims both Chinese and Pakistani nationals. The PFO is coordinating and facilitating with the Chinese embassy accordingly in this need of the hour.
PM Shehbaz Sharif condemned the attack and stated that the attack could not have been executed by Pakistanis and it was done by enemies of the nation. The prime minister was in deep shock and offered condolences towards the Chinese slain victims and their families for the loss. He also uploaded a post in X praying for the speedy recovery of the injured.
The Pakistani spy agencies and police are investigating the matter to get the whereabouts of the perpetrators of the crime. The Interior Minister of Pakistan, Mohsin Naqvi stated his grief for the deceased individuals and their families and prayed for early recovery of the injured.
According to reports, 12 vehicles were damaged including 1 police van. The explosives was stored in a car and blew off. The NADRA records details showed that the car was registered under some Shah Fahd who is a resident of Balochistan province Noshki area.
