In a statement made at the Federal Cabinet meeting on Tuesday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif stressed the importance of celebrating the day with national zeal and fervour. The prime minister expressed the nation’s determination to reaffirm its commitment to serve Pakistan with utmost devotion and dedication.
At the cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Sharif praised Arshad Nadeem for his remarkable achievement in athletics. Arshad Nadeem, who won the gold medal in the javelin throw at the Paris Olympics, has done the nation proud by ending a 40-year drought in the event and setting a new record. The prime minister said that Nadeem’s victory was a testament to the talent and determination of Pakistanis on the international stage.
