Shakeel 
IPP ( Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party) filed a petition in which Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf chairman was involved in attacks on state judiciary, military and its installations during the incidents of 9 May.
It violated human rights and laws of county. Awn Chaudhry the petitioner contended that PTI chairman was involved and they are responsible for the violation of human rights. The followers and leaders of PTI intentionally attacked the national buildings of Pakistan and all the attacks were pre-planned.

PM Shehbaz Sharif and Khwaja Asif are also respondents in this particular case. Their speeches attacked judiciary and military, burning and looting public assets are against constitution.
Istehkam e Pakistan Party is mostly filled with political leaders who left Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf after the incidents of Black Day.

The act destroyed the peace of society and torn brutally the fragments of state institutes. Hate speech and words against the integrity of Pakistan and dignity of the country and its institutions will not be tolerated at any cost.
