All preparations are done for country’s 7th digital population census in Rawalpindi. The training of officers and field staff has been started for digital population census. Government provided the facility of tablets and internet to staff for easy digital count of people.
It has been ordered to include trans persons in the census and the houses that are triple story will be considered as three houses. It is fully computerized census, any type of negligence during census will not be acceptable.

The district of Rawalpindi has been divided into different parts and separate in-charge has been appointed for each block. The complete report include 3000 teachers and clerks for staff duty.
Data collection details
In this date collection of population, small houses to bungalows, huts, rooms, kitchens, washrooms, vehicles, energy related equipment, wood, coal, everything will be counted and noted in the census.
This 7th population census will include all the details about residents, whether the houses are rented or owned, how many people are living, whether the kids are attending school or not and what religion the family is practising.
According to this data, the future developments programs will be launched so the citizens are directed to provide accurate information to staff. The chief director of census ensured that all the information will kept confidential.

This census is 7th digital population census, and making it digital ease the process in many ways. A lot of information is already added in digital form and it reduced the chances of mistakes and loss of data.
