brave soldiers martyred in mission against terrorists

In a courageous mission to fight terrorists in the Miran Shah area of North Waziristan, Major Amir Aziz and Sepoy Muhammad Arif lost their lives. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported that our country’s security forces went on this mission based on information that there were terrorists in that area.

Major Amir Aziz was leading this mission and came face-to-face with a group of terrorists. They had a big fight, and one of the terrorists was killed, and another got hurt. But in this dangerous fight, Major Amir Aziz (29 years old, from Sargodha District) and Sepoy Muhammad Arif (27 years old, from Sahiwal District) showed incredible bravery and love for their country. They became martyrs during this fight.

To make sure there are no more terrorists in that area, security forces are carefully searching it. These brave soldiers’ sacrifices remind us of how dedicated Pakistan’s security forces are to stop terrorism and protect our country.

This sad event happened not long after another Soldier, Havildar Muntazir Shah (36 years old, from Swabi district), lost his life in a fight with terrorists in the Tirah valley of the Khyber district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The military said that our troops fought back bravely and managed to kill one of the terrorists. This terrorist had done many bad things, like attacking security forces and hurting innocent people.
