‘Biggest relief package’ to be announced soon, reveals Maryam Nawaz

PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz announced “excellent news” for the country on Monday

saying Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will shortly announce the “largest relief package” for Pakistanis.

The PML-N leader claimed that unlike former prime minister Imran Khan, PM Shehbaz never stated what should be done about growing prices during a jalsa in constituency PP-202 prior to by-elections in Punjab planned for July 17.

“Remain confident in party leader Nawaz Sharif and PM Shehbaz; they will bring about comfort.”  She added that the PML-N will address the crucial concerns of inflation and power shedding, saying that the coalition government would rescue Pakistan from the mess the PTI government had created.

Maryam warned the residents of Chichawatni that Khan was putting Pakistan at risk of financial ruin. She added that despite rising prices, the PML-N did not hide but rather is standing by the country. “The coalition government took all the painful measures, which afflicted the citizens,” she remarked.

Maryam spoke as supporters shouted loudly in support of the PML-N, “The people of Chichawatni have indicated that they have rejected Khan.”

She continued by saying that the PTI chairman is aware that he no longer has the backing of the residents of the province. On July 17, he would experience rejection, she continued.

Khan is “weeping,” according to Maryam, that the by-elections will be fixed because he is aware that Punjab would not support him. “Gogi [Farah Khan] and Bushra will not win the support of the people of Punjab,” she declared.

She said that extortion took place at the Prime Minister’s House. “Khan, who makes the argument that he will reduce corruption, actually started it. Farah Gogi robbed the entire province, and Bushra Bibi developed a corruption model,” the PML-N leader remarked.

She informed PML-N supporters gathered at the jalsa ground that while Khan’s corruption schemes had been exposed, the former premier was reluctant to show up in people’s court.

Maryam further emphasised that “fitna [Imran] Khan is currently abusing the leaders of the current government and using derogatory language for women rather than discussing his four-year performance.”
