Pakistan Cricket Board Management Committee Chairman Najam Sethi is in Dubai where the meeting will be held among Asia Cricket Council (ACC) regarding the matter of Asia Cup host.
The next 48 hour are crucial as Najam Sethi will be attending meeting with members of representative countries. The date of final meeting has not yet announced by ACC, until than Chairman PCB will be attending informal meetings with the officials.

India’s Refusal to visit Pakistan
Asia Cup 2023 is scheduled to be held in Pakistan in September, and Indian media is spreading rumours about the change of host country as Indian Cricket team is not allowed to visit Pakistan.
The Pakistan Cricket Board also has presented the idea of Hybrid model for Asia Cup, under this model matches with Indian team will be played at a neutral venue and all the remaining matches will be held in Pakistan.
Asian Cricket Council has not accepted the idea of Hybrid model and Pakistan is not ready to compromise on its hosting rights. Regarding Asia cup the PCB has started backdoor diplomacy.
Currently, Pakistan Cricket Board is in contact with Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lankan Cricket Boards as they have not rejected the idea of Hybrid model so far.

On the other hand, PCB is also hopeful of the support of Afghanistan Cricket Board but the situation will become clear only after the meeting of PCB Chairman Najam Sethi with the members of Asian Cricket Council.
