Municipal Police Officer
After a municipal police officer took notice of the Aug 8 event, the Faisalabad women’s police station booked 15 people on Tuesday for kidnapping, torture, extortion, and sexual assault.
The complainant BDS student, a Faisalabad resident, stated in her FIR filed under sections 376, 382, 354, 342, 148, 149, 337-A, 337-F, 337-L, and 337-V that she lived with her elderly mother because his two brothers lived in the United Kingdom and Australia, respectively.
She stated that she and her classmate ‘A’ were friends and family. She said that her predicament began when her friend’s brother ‘D’ offered marriage to her, but she and her family declined.
Marriage Proposal
She claimed that on August 8, when her brother ‘H’ returned from the United Kingdom, the suspect ‘D’ and his 14 accomplices appeared at their home and compelled her brother to accept the marriage proposal.

Furthermore, she said that after her brother refused the proposition, the suspect and his associates tormented her and ‘H,’ dragging them to D’s residence and thrashing them again.
She claimed the suspect also made her taste his shoes, shaved her head and an eyebrow, and videotaped the humiliating incident.
Sexually Assaulted
The guy then led her to another room and sexually assaulted her while filming the event.
She claimed the suspects also stole their expensive mobile phones and extorted Rs500,000 and Rs450,000 in gold jewellery from them.
According to the complainant, the suspects also wanted Rs1 million and threatened to post the video recordings on social media if the payment was not paid.
According to City Police Officer Umar Saeed Malik, a squad led by Madina Town police division SSP captured six of the fifteen offenders, assuring the complainant that justice will be served.
