In the hit drama Sang e Mah, Zaviyar Nauman Ijaz had a remarkable experience working alongside his father, Nauman Ijaz. In a recent podcast, Zaviyar shared some behind-the-scenes insights into a particular action sequence where he got hit by his real and reel life dad.

According to Zaviyar, the scenes where his father, Nauman Ijaz, hits him were not just for show . They were real. In one instance, Nauman Ijaz informed Zaviyar that he would be hitting him for real in a scene, and Zaviyar had to stop his father’s hand for the shot to look authentic. Initially feeling awkward about the situation, Zaviyar struggled to stop his father’s hand during the first take. However, he managed to execute the scene perfectly in the subsequent attempt.

The realism didn’t end there. Zaviyar disclosed that in another scene, his dad genuinely slapped him to make the emotions and reactions appear genuine on screen. The tears in Zaviyar’s eyes during one emotional scene were real, as he had just experienced a real slap and kick from Nauman Ijaz.
