‘You’ Season 5: Joe Goldberg’s Murderous Journey Comes to an End on Netflix

Live broadcasts of You’s fifth and final season on Netflix begin across the world on April 24th, 2025, in what concludes the show’s dark tale. As the main character, Penn Badgley reappears to star as a pleasurable yet homicidal figure who has murdered many different people throughout various towns.

After three years away, Joe returns to New York City at the start of the fifth and last season. Married to Kate Lockwood, now as CEO of Lockwood Corporation, brings Joe public attention through the management of his reputation. Michael Foley and other showrunners always planned to return Joe to his original city.

Foley stated clearly that the series plan included returning Joe to New York at the end of Season 5, according to their previous agreement.

Season 5 introduces several new characters to Joe’s world, including:

• Madeline Brewer as Brontë
• Griffin Matthews as Teddy Lockwood
• Anna Camp in an undisclosed role
• Natasha Behnam, Pete Ploszek, Tom Francis, and Nava Mau are joining the ensemble

Throughout its seasons, the series showed viewers Everyman’s brutal exploits as he moved from New York to Los Angeles, then took his story to London.

Beginning at 3 a.m. ET on April 24 viewers can stream all 10 final season episodes together as Netflix releases the show to start their journey of learning how Joe will face his past crimes at last.
