Philadelphia prepares to handle winter weather again this weekend through Sunday when the approaching storm delivers snow sleet and rain. An imminent storm system headed toward Saturday will deliver snow during sunrise until it switches to sleet and rain during nighttime. After a short respite heavy rain and thunderstorms will arrive in the afternoon. Following the storm the temperature will decrease sharply to create an extremely freezing Presidents Day. A large snowfall is coming early in the week.
