The suspect claimed that he and the vlogger formed a romantic relationship after exchanging love letters in Uch Sharif. On July 16, she also spent her personal time with a different local social media activist with whom she was already acquainted.
He claimed, “I caught their private exchanges on camera and provided the material to her fiancé, Basil Khan.”
When called, Basil refuted the suspect’s claims. According to him, they met the suspect on December 27 in Karachi to plan excursions for the complainant because she loves to travel a lot. She travelled with the suspect’s advice to Rajanpur and Dera Ghazi Khan twice because he had gained our trust. She formerly resided with the guide’s family at their Rajanpur house.
