Government-backed PM E-Bike Scheme Pakistan programmes are becoming increasingly popular among students in Pakistan. Through initiatives such as the Prime Minister’s E-Bike Scheme and provincial projects like Sab K Liye, eligible students can obtain electric motorcycles through subsidized financing and easy installment plans.
However, receiving an e-bike is not as simple as filling out a form. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements, submit documents online, and complete the verification and balloting process before receiving approval.
Step 1: Check Eligibility and Gather Required Documents
Before starting an application, students should confirm that they meet the scheme’s basic requirements. Most programmes require applicants to be between 18 and 45 years of age. Students below 18 may still qualify, but a parent or guardian is generally required to act as a co-applicant or guarantor.
Applicants must also be enrolled in a recognized university or college in Pakistan. The documents commonly requested include:

Students must visit the designated government portal and complete the registration form using accurate personal and academic information. During the process, applicants are also asked to select their preferred e-bike option and upload supporting documents.

If applications exceed the available quota, a computerized e-balloting process is conducted.

Separate allocations are often reserved for male students, female students, and applicants from rural and urban areas to ensure broader participation. Successful candidates are informed through SMS or email notifications.
