pia flight operations return to normal fuel supply woes resolved
Good news for those who rely on Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) for their travel needs! PIA’s flight operations are getting back on track after a temporary hiccup in fuel supply. A spokesperson for PIA recently announced that the airline’s flight schedule is returning to normal, thanks to the restoration of fuel supply from Pakistan State Oil (PSO).
This means that PIA is once again able to operate its flights, including both domestic and international routes. On a single day, PIA is running 48 flights, which includes 32 international flights and 16 domestic ones.
To get things back on track, PIA has already paid a significant sum of Rs500 million to PSO for the fuel they needed. Moreover, they’re making daily payments to ensure a smooth supply of fuel.
The airline is currently focusing on acquiring fuel for its profitable routes to destinations like Saudi Arabia, Canada, China, Kuala Lumpur, and more.
