PCB Looking to Change PSL 11 & 12 Date

PCB to set new dates for PSL 11 & 12 to avoid global clashes

The Pakistan Cricket Board  is searching for possible new dates for the next two seasons of the Pakistan Super League  so as not to clash with other important cricket events.

Reports suggest league PSL 11 is going to take place in-between December 2025 and January 2026 and then with PSL 12 to be in-between January and February 2027, however these dates are subject to change based upon the global cricket calendar. Another exciting idea is the potential return of Peshawar as one of the venues. The PCB was unable to have matches last season in Peshawar due to some stadium issues but the PCB is keen to organise some exhibition games there once the necessary upgrades are rectified.

The reschedule comes after the beginning of the 2025 PSL was pushed back due to Pakistan hosting the Champions Trophy, in which that was set to clash with the Indian Premier League With some advanced planning, the PCB is going to give future seasons of the PSL their own spot on the global calendar for better access, exposure and enjoyment from cricket followers without having to compete with other major and notable cricketing tournaments.
