NADRA Family Registration Certificate Fee Remains Unchanged in January 2025

The NADRA has revealed that a Family Registration Certificate (FRC) is available at Rs1,000 in January 2025. The FRC is a vital document for Pakistani citizens, detailing family relationships under three categories: by blood inheritance through marriage, or by legal adoption.

In the birth category, For normal citizens, the FRC contains the names of parents and siblings. The certificate requires other information if the individual is married these include; details of spouse and children. If the case is adoption then it records the family and the feeder of the adopted person. Unfortunately, only persons, who possess the 13-digit ID No assigned by NADRA, can be part of the FRC.

All the people of Pakistan are eligible to apply for the FRC available at NADRA Registration centers and through the Pak-Identity website. For this document, the Overseas Pakistanis have to visit their nearest Pakistani mission office. The certificate is critically important for obtaining additional documents and ensuring that all records of families are cleaned in NADRA.

This was done to ensure that consumers are cushioned financially while at the same time ensuring that this service is affordable.
