Software and computer services experience robust growth

It was again bright for the computer services industry, which has now seen an increase of 30.47% over exports in this category from $1.616 billion to $2.109 billion this year. Software consultancy services continued to lead, showing a giant leap of 33.91% to $729.065 million from $544.445 million last year.

However, there was a fluctuating growth of particular areas. Hardware consultancy services showed a fall of 20.74%, whereas the computer software services saw a decline of 4.98%, reducing them to $387.658 million. The highest spike is from “other computer services,” which will enjoy a joyful increase of 50.11% at $987.677 million.

Info services and call centers on top

Most of it belonged to the news agency services category, which alone had a 776.58% increase, while the rest of the other information services had a 27.66% increase.
