The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai has unveiled a Convenient new Service allowing individuals to book and Reschedule Driving test appointments using WhatsApp. Accessible through the RTA’s “Mahboub” Chatbot at (0588009090), this initiative Aligns with the RTA’s Commitment to Providing Services through diverse digital Platforms for Quick and Secure user access.


The recently launched feature Enables users to Effortlessly Schedule their Driving tests and make related Payments Directly through the “Mahboub” Chatbot. With Pre-authenticated Phone Numbers and Registered information users can Bypass the need for the official application or Visiting the RTA Website.
Mira Ahmed Al Sheikh Director of the Smart Services Department at RTA’s Corporate Technical Support Services Sector Highlighted the interactive Nature of the Service allowing users to Seamlessly Schedule driving test appointments and Pay Fees within the Pre-authenticated System. Al Sheikh Emphasized the Continuous learning Feature of the Chatbot Enabling it to Enhance its Understanding of inquiries and Respond more accurately Based on Past interactions.
