Difficulties faced by overseas Pakistanis
Overseas Pakistanis have to travel long distances from all around the world for the power of attorney and their property processes. But with this program, it would be easy for them to transfer, edit or do anything with their power of attorney while even sitting at far-off places.
This initiative will also reduce the cost and minimize hassle as the power of attorney process can be done from the doorstep at any place. Overseas used to travel a lot for this process and it costs a lot of money during travel and the whole process.
The official statement issued by the Foreign Ministry of Pakistan explained that in the first step in November 2021, the automation process for power of attorney was only available for people living in the United States and the United Kingdom. But now it is launched for all Pakistani population living abroad on a global level.
