The current WTC 2023-25 cycle is already underway, and many teams are now competing for a chance to qualify for the finals of the prestigious Test competition. The point rating gives a win 12 points, a tie 6 points and a draw 4 points, and the order of teams is based on percentage of points received. As at now, South Africa tops the list with 69.44% success while Australia is not far behind with 63,73. Some of them have surprised many people with England, the team that has played the most number of games, failing to make top four and for the first time, no Indian team is in the first position, but India remains the third contestant so far. The two highest-ranked teams at the end of 50 league matches will then join the final, to be played at Lord’s in 2025.
