The Presidents House in Islamabad became the setting when President Zardari posthumously awarded former Prime Minister Bhutto the Nishan-e-Pakistan on Pakistan Day. President Asif Ali Zardari honored Sanam Bhutto by presenting Nishan-e-Pakistan to Bhutto Senior for his support of democracy and Pakistan.
As a grandson of the great leader Bilawal Bhutto Zardari celebrates that the posthumous honor marks this new milestone for Bhuttoism. According to Bilawal, he saw his grandfather as ‘The leader of the people Zulfikar Ali Bhutto who taught people to stand up for their rights. Bhutto survived the suppression of his opponents to this day because his voice keeps speaking from Garhi Khuda Bakhsh.
‘During the 85th Pakistan Day festivities, our attendees shared the award ceremony between Aseefa Bhutto Zardari and Yousaf Raza Gillani’. As Pakistan’s first elected prime minister, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, built the country’s constitution during his rule over Pakistan after Dhaka’s fall in 1971. His political journey ended when officials executed him on April 4, 1979, after taking away his leadership in July 1977.
