Pakistan PM Expresses Grief Over Deaths Due To Floods In Nepal

PM Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has expressed his heartfelt condolences and sadness over the tragic loss of precious lives due to the devastation in the floods in Nepal. In a post over social media platform X, formerly twitter, the PM stated that Pakistani citizens’ hearts are with Nepali Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and the people of Nepal during this difficult phase. 

PM Sharif recalled his country’s own experience with severe floods in 2022 and reaffirmed that Pakistan stands in full solidarity with Nepal and is prepared to offer any assistance if needed. Pakistan’s Foreign Office spokesperson in a statement has also expressed profound sadness and grief over the loss of the lives due to the intense flash floods that rocked the landlocked country recently.
