In another unfortunate incident, a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight attendant, Jibran Baloch, has gone missing in Canada. This marks the second disappearance of a PIA crew member in just one week. One spokesperson from PIA confirmed this incident. The PIA person also expressed the airline’s concern on the same incidents of its crew members going missing in Canada.

PIA also takes actions on the issue to stop this issue and  such incidents.  The safety precautions taken by PIA also didn’t work. The airline officials are actively contracting the Toronto police to stop these incident.i

Even the submission of flight staff’s passports to officials did not yield positive results. Baloch, who was on duty on flight PK-782 on February 29, did not return home after the flight. This incident happened after another disappearance of a female air hostess from a hotel in the same week. Reportedly, the air steward left a Thank you note expressing gratitude to the national flag carrier.

The motive behind these disappearances is suspected. it can be an attempt to claim citizenship in Canada. This alarming trend has seen about 10 flight attendants posted on Toronto-bound flights slipping away in the past two years.

PIA is having a tough time dealing with these situations, and the safety of its flight crew is a big worry. The airline needs to check and change its plans, and they should team up with the right people to keep their staff safe and stop more of these upsetting incidents from happening.
