TV Actor Lalit Manchanda Dies at 36; Police Suspect Suicide

On April 21 of 2025 police discovered actor Lalit Manchanda’s dead body at his Uttar Pradesh residence in Meerut. At age 36 the actor gained media attention when police found him dead in his home since they suspected he committed suicide.

The authorities reacted fast to reports of distress and brought in staff to examine the body after death. Initial investigation shows that no suicide note was found with the body and no signs point to any external involvement in Manchanda’s death.
