Saudi Crown Prince Welcomes UAE Vice President in AlUla

Mohammed bin Salman warmly welcomed Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, on Tuesday at a winter camp in AlUla. This important session highlighted the historic and continued relations and cooperation between the two Persian Gulf states and their mutual interest in the region’s development.

Strengthening Brotherhood and Cooperation

Bader Al-Asaker, the director of the Saudi Crown Prince’s Private Office, posted a picture of the leaders’ meeting on his official account on the social media site “X” on Tuesday. The meeting proved that the relations between KSA and UAE are rather close and may be described as brotherly. Of these, exchanges concentrated on deepening cooperation in different spheres to enhance the shared concern that defines the relations between the two states.

Besides, the meeting also provided a means of furtherance of the continuous communication between the leaders. These two countries have a common desire to promote cooperation ventures that enhance the achievement of development objectives as well as support the unity of the region.

Regional Dialogues Continue

The Saudi Crown Prince also met with the Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani during the winter camp last week. This engagement was focused on the promotion of the relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Iraq, as well as on the attempts to discuss the methods of providing security and stability in the region. The detailed meetings demonstrate that Saudi Arabia expects and takes initiative in responding to the challenges in the region and fostering diplomacy.
