PCB Announced a 15-Player Proposed Squad for Skills Development
The Pakistan Cricket Board has identified and announced 15 emerging cricket players for the first phase of the PCB’s Skills Development Camp aimed at developing cricketing talent. The camp is set to commence on June 17 at the National High-Performance Centre in Lahore.
What is the aim of the camp?
The development camp aims to address players’ fitness levels, their skill development, and their overall game awareness. The camp will run until July 10 and will be under the direction of high-level coaches such as Pakistan cricket great Mohammad Yousuf, whose influence should be important to the young players.

Building the future stars of Pakistan cricket
The establishment of the camp is part of the PCB’s overall strategy for developing a bigger pool of players to further represent Pakistan in the future. It is encouraging for the future of cricket in Pakistan with so much time and training spent developing each player.
